1/2 cup Pure Canola Oil
4-6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound bow tie pasta, uncooked
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley (plus more for garnish)
1/2 pound Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon, sliced*
Salt and pepper
Thin lemon slices for garnish
Heat oil in a skillet over low heat; add garlic and onion. Cook until soft. Set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Put pasta back in the pot it was cooked in. Add garlic and onion mixture; mix well. Add lemon juice, scallions, parsley and Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon; mix well again. Garnish individual servings with parsley and lemon slices.
