Description

Curried Apricot is a sweet mustard made with mild curry* and dried apricots. While the glacier water still makes this an Alaskan mustard, the idea for this product came from our travels in Southern Africa and the popular use of a curried apricot sauce used in Braais (barbeques). When tested at the Fairbanks Farmer's Market customers demanded we add it to our product line. This mustard goes well with any meat and makes and superb glaze for chicken and pork. A hot variety using a Vindaloo seasoning is currently being developed. Curried Apricot is available year round. 7.5 oz. Jar. *This product contains a small amount of wheat flour and MSG in the curry sauce.
