Dejon Delights Cold-Smoked Salmon*     

English Muffins           
Hollandaise Sauce


Place a thin slice of  Dejon Delights cold-smoked salmon on a toasted English muffin half and set into a warming oven, meanwhile poaching the eggs.  When salmon is heated through, top with poached egg and cover with Hollandaise Sauce.  Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
