Small Pasta Shells 1/2 tablespoon butter 1 cup thinly sliced savoy or green cabbage 1/4 cup water, or chicken or vegetable broth 1/2 cup frozen peas 8 ounces Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon* 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/2 cup fresh dill salt and pepper to taste
Put
the cooked pasta in a large bowl.
Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage and saute until soft, about 6 minutes. Add water or broth and bring to a simmer.
Turn off the heat and add the peas. Stir the mixture into the pasta. Add the
Smoked Salmon and sour cream, then salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with dill
just before serving.
