These strips of Keta Salmon are cut from the belly portion of the fish, which have the highest fat content and most Omega-3 fatty acids. They are cured with our original dry brine recipe and then rolled in cracked black pepper. After smoking, they are packaged in a vacuum-fresh pouch.
