1/2 lb. Dejon Delights Smoked Halibut* 8ounce package of cream cheese juice from one lemon 1 tsp. grated onion 2 tbs. mayonnaise 1 tbs. capers
Place flaked Smoked Halibut in food porcessor with the chopper blade in place. Chop on low speed until crumbly. Add the cream cheese and lemon juice and whip until blended. Add onion and mayonnaise. Blend. Remove from Processor and fold in Capers.
