Smoked Halibut Quiche
1/2 lb. Dejon Delights Smoked Halibut*
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup broccoli
1 bunch chopped scallions
8 ounce package cream cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 13x9x2" baking dish, crumble and spread evenly the Smoked Halibut. Sprinkle the cheese and vegetables evenly over the Halibut. Cut the cream cheese into small chunks and drop evenly over the fish, cheese, and vegetables. Place remaining ingredients in a blender and whip 1-2 minutes. Pour over the ingredients in the baking dish and bake 45 minutes or until the egg mixture is firm. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
