½ cup Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon*
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbs. chopped fresh dill
Freshly ground pepper
Two large cucumbers cut lengthways with the center cored out.
Put Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon, cream cheese, sour cream and dill in a bowl. Mix well. Fill boats and garnish with freshly ground pepper.
