whole Tortilla Chips
1 Cup of flaked Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon*
2 1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped white onion
8 oz of softened Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
18 round slices of pickled jalapeno
3 Cups of shredded Cheese
Preheat oven 500 degrees. Arrange the 18 tortilla chips in a shallow baking
dish. In a medium bowl combine the Smoked Salmon, onion, cream cheese, lemon juice & pepper. Top each chip with the seafood mixture and a round
slice of jalapeno. Cover all with the shredded cheese and bake one minute until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
