6 oz. Dejon
Delights Smoked Salmon*
1/2 diced onion
1 stalk of celery diced
1 tomato diced
1 carrot shredded
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
8 slices toasted rye bread
In a bowl add salmon, onion, celery, tomato, carrot, relish, mayonnaise, salt
and pepper.
Mix very well and set aside, meanwhile toast bread and spoon salmon on top of
toasted bread.
Serve 4 people, with chips and coleslaw.
