Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon (hot or cold-smoked)* 1 package pasta, your preference Grated Parmesan cheese Ground Pepper Extra virgin olive oil Red wine vinegar Cut Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon into small bits while cooking the pasta. Drain pasta and place on individual plates. Toss with cheese, pepper, oil and vinegar according to your taste. Sprinkle the Salmon bits over the top.
