Spinach and Smoked Salmon Fettuccine
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup evaporated milk
2 ounces Chevre
2 ounces Dejon Delights Smoked Salmon*
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and heated
250 grams fettuccine, cooked and drained

In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add evaporated milk and cheese and cook on low stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Add spinach and Dejon Delights smoked salmon; stir to combine until salmon is heated through. Add pasta and toss lightly.
