Does your smoked salmon need to be refrigerated?
Since our seafood products contain all natural ingredients and contains no nitrates or preservatives, all our products should be refrigerated upon arrival at 29-40° F (the cooler the better) and will remain in prime condition for one month in the refrigerator or for six months in the freezer.
Once the pouch is opened our fish should be consumed within one week. For extended storage, our products may be frozen; and for best results, thawed slowly in the refrigerator before serving.
Please do not order product to be shipped to a recipient that may not be at home. If no one is home and the package is left unattended for too long, the seafood will perish and we will not refund the purchase. If you are not sure if someone will be home to receive their perishable gift, we suggest our gift certificate option which can be purchased and redeemed at any time in our online store.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our hot smoked salmon, halibut and other products anywhere! Unfortunately, we cannot ship cold smoked (lox style) salmon or caviar internationally. If the shipping calculator does not show an available method for your country, please email us for a shipping quote.
Is the cost of shipping included in the price?
The cost of shipping and handling is added to the price at checkout. You can also use our shipping calculator.
Domestic Shipping: Non highly perishable and non-perishable products are shipped via US Priority Mail, Express Mail or Federal Express.
Highly perishable products are shipped via FedEx
International Shipping:
International orders ship via US International Priority Mail.
Be advised that sometimes there are some delays for processing through customs agencies. We cannot control this.
